Preparing the Burger Patty

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.

Form Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form each into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center.

Preparing the Toppings

Prepare Lettuce and Tomato
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato into thick slices.

Toast the Buns
Optional: Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
Making the Fries

Cut Potatoes
Peel (if desired) and cut the potatoes into thin strips to form fries.

Season and Bake
Toss the potato strips with olive oil and salt. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Place the cooked patty on the bottom half of the bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and the top half of the bun.
