Method

Cooking Eggs

  1. 1

    Scrambled

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently until cooked to your liking.

  2. 2

    Fried

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the whites are set and yolks are cooked to your preference.

  3. 3

    Poached

Bring a pot of water to a simmer and add a splash of vinegar. Crack an egg into a small bowl, then gently slide it into the simmering water. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the white is set.

Cooking Protein

  1. 4

    Bacon

Cook bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  2. 5

    Ham

Heat ham slices in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until warmed through.

  3. 6

    Pork Sausage

Cook pork sausage links in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

  4. 7

    Turkey Sausage

Cook turkey sausage links in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

Toast and Sides

  1. 8

    Toast

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

  2. 9

    Breakfast Potatoes

Cook breakfast potatoes in a skillet with oil over medium heat until crispy and golden, about 10-15 minutes.

  3. 10

    Fresh Fruit

Wash and prepare fresh fruit such as berries, melon, or citrus for a refreshing side.
