Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the Angus ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the beef into two equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the burger patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Place a slice of Irish Cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the burgers are cooking, slice the tomato and red onion. Wash the crispy lettuce leaves.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns lightly, if desired. Place one patty on the bottom half of each bun, top with lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, pickles, and the top half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Jackdaw Burgers immediately with your favorite side.
