Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Corned Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, add the corned beef and cook until heated through and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

2

Cook the Angus Patty

In another skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Season the Angus beef patty with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

3

Sauté the Mushrooms

In the same skillet used for the beef, add the braised mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes until warmed and slightly browned.

4

Prepare the Cabbage

In a small bowl, mix the shredded cabbage with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

5

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, layer the Angus beef patty, followed by the crispy corned beef, sautéed mushrooms, shredded cabbage, and a slice of Irish Cheddar. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing before placing the top half of the bun.

6

Serve

Serve the Dubliner burger immediately with your choice of sides.
