Chop the Vegetables
Dice the Roma tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño pepper, and garlic cloves into small pieces. If you prefer less heat, remove the seeds from the jalapeño before dicing.

Chop the Cilantro
Rinse the fresh cilantro under cold water and chop it finely.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, garlic, and chopped cilantro.

Pour in the lime juice, and season with salt and black pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.

Allow the salsa to sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature to let the flavors meld together.
