Method

Preparing the Fruit

  1. 1

    Wash the Fruits

Rinse all the fruits under cold water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

  2. 2

    Slice the Strawberries

Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Kiwi

Peel the kiwis and slice them into rounds or half-moons.

  4. 4

    Cube the Watermelon

Cut the watermelon in half, scoop out the flesh, and cube it into bite-sized pieces.

  5. 5

    Chop the Pineapple

Remove the skin and core from the pineapple, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.

  6. 6

    Slice the Banana

Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.

  7. 7

    Prepare the Grapes

Remove the grapes from the stem and rinse them. They can be left whole.

Mixing the Salad

  1. 8

    Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi rounds, watermelon cubes, pineapple pieces, banana slices, and grapes.

  2. 9

    Make the Dressing (optional)

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and finely chopped mint leaves to create a light dressing.

  3. 10

    Toss the Salad

If using the dressing, drizzle it over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine. If not using dressing, simply serve the fruit salad as is.

Serving

  1. 11

    Serve the Salad

Spoon the fruit salad into serving bowls or a large platter. Garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
