Chop the Vegetables
Wash and chop the zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, onion, and green bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Transfer them into a large mixing bowl.

Mince the Garlic
Peel and mince the fresh garlic cloves. Set aside.
Cooking

Steam the Vegetables
Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Place a steamer basket on top of the pot and add the chopped vegetables. Cover and steam for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Season the Veggies
In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Once the vegetables are done steaming, remove them from the pot and transfer them to a serving bowl.

Combine and Garnish
Drizzle the garlic and spice mixture over the steamed vegetables. Toss gently to combine. Finally, chop the fresh parsley and sprinkle it over the top for garnish.
