- 1
Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Roll Out the Dough
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- 3
Add Toppings
Brush the dough with olive oil. Evenly sprinkle the garlic powder and dried oregano over the dough. Lay the pepperoni slices evenly across the surface, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 4
Roll the Pinwheels
Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape. Ensure that the fillings are tightly packed inside.
- 5
Slice the Pinwheels
Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels. You should have about 6 pinwheels.
- 6
Bake the Pinwheels
Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- 7
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
