1. Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Set up Breading Stations
In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. First, dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken breasts. Fry for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove and let them drain on paper towels.

Slice the seeded rolls in half. Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each roll.
5. Add Lettuce and Tomato
Place a lettuce leaf on the mayonnaise-covered roll. Slice the tomato and add 2 slices on top of the lettuce.
6. Add the Chicken
Place the crispy fried chicken breast on top of the tomatoes. Top with the other half of the seeded roll.
7. Serve
