Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Clean and pat dry the fish, then season it with salt and black pepper both inside and out.

  2. 2

    Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Stir in the capers and half of the chopped parsley into the skillet with tomatoes. Mix well and remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Bake the Fish

Place the seasoned fish in a baking dish. Pour the tomato and caper mixture over the fish. Lay lemon slices on top and sprinkle the remaining parsley.

  5. 5

    Cook

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
