Method

Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bundt Pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. 3

    Cream Butter and Sugar

In another bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

  4. 4

    Add Eggs and Vanilla

Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  5. 5

    Combine Mixtures

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.

  6. 6

    Add White Chocolate

Fold in the melted white chocolate until fully incorporated.

  7. 7

    Pour into Pan

Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  8. 8

    Cool the Cake

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.

  9. 9

    Make the Creamsicle Glaze

In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, orange juice, and heavy cream until smooth.

  10. 10

    Glaze the Cake

Once the cake is completely cool, drizzle the creamsicle glaze over the top and let it drizzle down the sides.

  11. 11

    Garnish

Top with toasted coconut flakes and candied orange pecans before serving.
