Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bread Pudding Mixture

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. Tear the brioche bread into bite-sized pieces and add them to the mixture, ensuring they are fully submerged. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the liquid.

  2. 2

Add Chocolate and Graham Cracker Crumble

Stir in the chocolate chips. In a separate bowl, crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter until crumbly. Reserve a small amount for topping later. Fold the remaining graham cracker mixture into the bread pudding mixture.

  3. 3

    Bake the Bread Pudding

Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle the reserved graham cracker crumble on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

  4. 4

    Toast the Marshmallows

During the last 5 minutes of baking, scatter the marshmallows on top of the bread pudding. Turn on the broiler and toast the marshmallows until golden and gooey, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your S’mores Bread Pudding warm!
