    Marinate the Tuna

    In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, Hawaiian sea salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes. Add the fresh tuna steaks to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

    Preheat the Grill

    Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

    Grill the Tuna

    Remove the tuna from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tuna is cooked to your desired doneness.
