Prepare the Ribs
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Mix together paprika, brown sugar, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture generously over the ribs.

Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Cook the Bacon
In a saucepan, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, leaving the fat in the pan.

Sauté the Onion
Add the chopped onion to the bacon fat and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.

Simmer
Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Bacon-Braised Collard Greens

Cook the Bacon
In a large pot, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the fat in the pot.

Add Collard Greens
Add the chopped collard greens, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Cover and simmer for about 30-40 minutes until the greens are tender. Stir in the bacon before serving.
