Vinaigrette Preparation

    Warm Bacon Vinaigrette

    Prepare the warm bacon vinaigrette by following these steps:

    Cook 4 slices of bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and crumble it into small pieces. Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the bacon drippings in the skillet.
