Prepare Jalapeños
Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.

Make Filling
Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl.

Stuff Jalapeños
Fill jalapeño halves with cheese mixture.

Wrap with Bacon
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.

In a bowl, mix bourbon, brown sugar, and soy sauce.

Place chicken in a dish, pour marinade over, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.

Grill marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Brush chicken with leftover marinade during the last few minutes of grilling.
