Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a bowl, season the fresh Angus beef with salt and pepper. Divide the beef into two equal portions and shape each into a patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the patties are cooking, slice the onion and tomato. Wash and dry the lettuce.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns lightly. On the bottom half of each bun, place the lettuce, followed by the cheeseburger patty, onion slices, tomato slices, and a generous scoop of cole slaw. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Cook the Steak Fries

Prepare the steak fries according to package instructions, either baking or frying until crispy.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the burgers hot with a side of crispy steak fries.
