Method

Preparation of Chicken

  1. 1

    Marinate Chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook Chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill or cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Salad Assembly

  1. 3

    Prepare Salad Base

In a large salad bowl, place the wildfire greens and add the shaved red onion on top.

  2. 4

    Add Berries

Rinse and dry the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Slice the strawberries and add all the berries to the salad bowl.

  3. 5

    Add Chicken

Slice the cooked chicken breast and add it to the salad bowl.

  4. 6

    Add Toppings

Crumble the goat cheese and sprinkle it over the top, then add the honey roasted walnuts.

Dressing

  1. 7

    Prepare Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 8

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
