Brew a shot of fresh espresso and let it cool slightly.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Ketel One Vodka, Kahlua, Chocolate Liqueur, cooled espresso, and maple syrup.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Finish by adding a layer of coffee foam on top. You can use a milk frother or whipped cream dispenser to create the foam.
