Preparation

1

Making Malai Pista Kulfi

In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, condensed milk, and milk until well combined. Add sugar and cardamom powder, mixing until dissolved. Fold in the chopped pistachios.

2

Freezing Kulfi

Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small cups. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.

3

Making Mango Ice Cream

In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well mixed. Fold in the mango puree until smooth.

4

Freezing Mango Ice Cream

Pour the mango mixture into an ice cream maker or a container. If using an ice cream maker, churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. If not, cover and freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring every 2 hours until creamy.

5

Serving

Once frozen, remove kulfi from molds by running warm water over the outside for a few seconds. Serve kulfi and mango ice cream in bowls, garnished with additional chopped pistachios if desired.
