Make the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine milk powder, all-purpose flour, and baking soda. Add ghee and mix well. Gradually add milk, kneading until a soft dough forms. Let rest for 15 minutes.

Shape the Balls
Grease your hands with ghee and take small portions of the dough to form smooth balls, about the size of a marble.

Fry the Balls
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the balls in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Soak in Syrup
Once fried, immediately transfer the balls to the warm syrup. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve Warm
Serve the Gulab Jamun warm, drizzled with some extra syrup if desired.
