Cooking Instructions
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and salt. Add the chicken, ensuring it's well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.

Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the heavy cream and stir until well combined.
- 4
Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring until it is coated with the sauce. Let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Serve hot with rice or naan.
