1. Prepare the Wings

Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. In a large bowl, season them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

2. Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

3. Fry the Wings

Carefully add the seasoned wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

4. Make the Buffalo Sauce
