3. Add Spices and Tomato
Add the curry powder and turmeric powder to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the pureed tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Combine Ingredients
Add the diced chicken to the skillet, stirring well to coat. Pour in the coconut milk and salt, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
