    Boil Water

    In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

    Add Spices

    Once the water is boiling, add the cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, and grated ginger. Boil for another 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.

    Add Tea Leaves

    Add the black tea leaves to the boiling water and let it steep for about 3-5 minutes based on your taste preference.

    Strain the Tea

    Remove from heat and strain the tea into a jug or pitcher to remove the tea leaves and spices.

    Add Milk and Sugar

    Stir in 1 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar while the tea is still warm. Adjust sugar to taste.

    Cool and Serve

    Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice cubes.
