1. Marinate the Chicken

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, fresh thyme leaves, tandoori masala, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

2. Add Chicken

Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

3. Preheat the Tandoor

Preheat the tandoor to a high temperature, around 200°C (392°F).

4. Cook the Chicken

Once the tandoor is hot, place the marinated chicken thighs on skewers or directly on the grill. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.

5. Garnish and Serve

Remove the chicken from the tandoor and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
