In a cocktail shaker, combine the passion fruit purée, simple syrup, and vodka. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Slowly pour the soda water over the top to combine.

Add Grenadine
Drizzle the grenadine into the drink. It will sink to the bottom, creating a beautiful layering effect.
