Prepare the Paneer
Cut the paneer into small cubes. Set aside.

Heat the Oil
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

Add Spices
Stir in turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices are fragrant.

Cook the Paneer
Add the paneer cubes to the pan. Gently stir to coat the paneer with the spice mixture and cook for about 5 minutes, until the paneer is slightly golden.

Add Crushed Peanuts
Stir in the crushed peanuts and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
