    Prepare the Paneer

    Cut the paneer into small cubes. Set aside.

    Heat the Oil

    In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

    Sauté the Aromatics

    Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until the onions become translucent.

    Add Spices

    Stir in turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices are fragrant.

    Cook the Paneer

    Add the paneer cubes to the pan. Gently stir to coat the paneer with the spice mixture and cook for about 5 minutes, until the paneer is slightly golden.

    Add Crushed Peanuts

    Stir in the crushed peanuts and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

    Garnish and Serve

    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
