Directions
- 1
Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
- 2
Roll Out the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Add Sauce and Cheese
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough. Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute them evenly on top of the sauce.
- 4
Add Basil and Garlic Oil
Scatter the Juneau Greens basil leaves over the pizza. Drizzle the garlic oil on top, and sprinkle with salt to taste.
- 5
Bake the Pizza
Carefully slide the pizza into the preheated oven (or onto the hot pizza stone). Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- 6
Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.
