Prepare the Glass
Take a large wine glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill.

Add Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice cubes in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Slowly pour 3 oz of Prosecco into the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the Aperol.

Top with Soda
Add 1 oz of soda water to the glass, adjusting to taste if desired.

Garnish the drink with a slice of orange and a couple of fresh mint leaves for added aroma.
