Preparation of Salad Base

Wash and Prepare Romaine Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel or a salad spinner. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Parmesan
Add the croutons and 0.5 cups of grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl with the romaine lettuce. Toss them together to mix evenly.
Making the Caesar Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well blended.

Taste and Adjust Seasoning
Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice according to your preference.
Serving the Salad

Combine Salad and Dressing
Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad base in the large bowl. Toss gently to coat the lettuce, croutons, and cheese with the dressing.

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese on top of the salad. Serve immediately for the best texture.
