Whisk Egg Yolks and Sugar
In a large bowl, whisk together 4 large egg yolks and 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar until the mixture is pale and creamy.
- 3
Add Mascarpone and Vanilla
Add 16 oz of mascarpone cheese and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the egg mixture. Gently fold until combined.
- 4
Whip Heavy Cream
In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Combine Mixtures
Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until smooth and fully incorporated.
