Combine the Tea Blends
In a mixing bowl, combine the Earl Grey tea, English breakfast tea, Sencha matcha, chamomile flowers, chai spice blend, ground ginger, and ground turmeric. Mix well until combined.

Prepare the Mint
Fresh mint leaves should be rinsed with water. Gently crush the mint leaves with the back of a spoon or by hand to release their oils and aroma.
Brewing

Boil Water
In a kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

Steep the Tea Mixture
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the combined tea blend to the water. Allow it to steep for 5-7 minutes.

Add Mint
After steeping, add the crushed mint leaves to the tea and let it infuse for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Strain the Tea
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the tea into a teapot or directly into cups, discarding the solids.
Serving

Sweeten to Taste (Optional)
If desired, add honey or maple syrup to the hot tea and stir until dissolved. Adjust sweetness according to your preference.

Serve
Pour the tea into teacups and enjoy hot. Optionally, garnish with additional mint leaves.
