Prepare the Tomatoes
Wash the tomatoes thoroughly. Dice them into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Slice the Soppressata
Thinly slice the soppressata and set aside.

Chop the Garlic
Peel the garlic cloves and mince them finely.

Prepare the Mozzarella
Cut the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces or slices.

Prepare the Calabrian Chili
If using whole Calabrian chili peppers, chop them finely. If using chili paste, measure the required amount.
Assembly

Combine Ingredients
In the mixing bowl with the diced tomatoes, add the chopped garlic, sliced soppressata, mozzarella pieces, and Calabrian chili.

Season the Mixture
Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Gently toss everything together until well combined.

Plate the Dish
Transfer the soppressata piccante mixture to a serving platter or individual plates.
