Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt to the water to enhance flavor.

  2. 2

    Cook Pasta

Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrots, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Making Sauce

  1. 4

    Sauté Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  2. 5

    Add Vegetables

Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender but still crisp.

  3. 6

    Season the Sauce

Season the vegetables with salt and black pepper, stirring to combine.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 7

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together to coat the pasta with the olive oil and vegetable mixture.

  2. 8

    Add Cheese and Basil

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil over the pasta. Toss gently to combine.

Serving

  1. 9

    Serve

Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and basil if desired.
