Prepare the Bread
Slice the ciabatta, sourdough, and focaccia loaves into 1-inch thick slices. You can use either a serrated knife or a bread slicer.

Prepare the Fillings
Gather all cheese, proteins, vegetables, and condiments in separate bowls for easy assembly.
Assembly

Assemble the Paninis
Take two slices of your chosen bread and layer with your selected cheese, protein, and vegetables. Spread pesto sauce on one slice and drizzle balsamic glaze on the other.

Press the Panini
Place the assembled sandwich in a panini press or grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serving

Cut and Serve
Once cooked, remove the panini from the press and let it rest for a minute. Cut into 24 or 36 portions as desired and serve on a platter.
