Prep the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Cook the Chicken
Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden brown color. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Kale
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the chopped Calabrian chiles. Sauté for 1-2 minutes before adding the baby kale. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the kale is wilted and tender.

Add Lemon Juice
Remove the skillet from heat, and drizzle the lemon juice over the sautéed kale and chiles. Toss to combine.

Toast the Bread
While the kale is cooking, toast the stirato bread slices until golden brown.
Assembly

Plate the Dish
On each plate, place a slice of toasted stirato bread. Top with the sautéed baby kale and Calabrian chiles.

Add Chicken
Slice the cooked chicken breasts and place them on top of the kale. Drizzle any remaining juices from the skillet over the chicken.

Serve immediately, enjoying the combination of flavors and textures.
