Sausage Preparation

    In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped oregano, minced garlic, Calabrian chili paste, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Form the pork mixture into sausage patties or logs, whichever shape you prefer.
