- 3
Chill the Mixture
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until it is firm enough to scoop.
Forming the Truffles
- 4
Scoop the Mixture
Once the truffle base has firmed up, use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion out the mixture.
- 5

Roll each portion between your palms to form a smooth ball. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Coating the Truffles
- 6
- 7
Coat the Truffles
Dip each truffle into the melted milk chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Then roll the truffle in cocoa powder to coat.
Final Steps
- 8
Chill Again
Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
- 9
Serve
Once set, the truffles can be enjoyed immediately or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
