Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the dry ingredients and stir with a spatula until just combined.

Add Nuts and Fruits
Gently fold in the chopped almonds, chopped hazelnuts, and dried cranberries or cherries until evenly distributed.
Forming and Baking

Shape the Dough
Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each portion into a log about 12 inches long on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the Logs
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the logs are golden brown and firm to the touch.

Cool and Slice
Remove from the oven and let the logs cool for about 10 minutes. Then, using a serrated knife, slice the logs diagonally into 1-inch thick pieces.

Place the sliced biscotti back on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, turning them halfway through, until crisp and golden.

Cool Completely
Remove from the oven and let the biscotti cool completely on a wire rack before serving.

Store biscotti in an airtight container at room temperature or serve immediately with coffee or tea.
