Mix the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of timilia wheat flour and 1 tsp of salt. Mix well.

Add Water and Oil
Gradually add 1 cup of water and 1 tbs of olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until a dough begins to form.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Rest the Dough
Cover the kneaded dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Shape the Dough
After resting, divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into your desired forms (e.g., rounds, flatbreads).

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook each piece of dough for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
