Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the lemons and ginger root thoroughly. Cut the lemons in half and juice them using a citrus juicer. Peel the ginger root and chop it into small pieces.
- 2
Boil Water
In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 3
Infuse Ginger
Once the water is boiling, add the chopped ginger root to the pot. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Mix Ingredients
After simmering, remove the pot from heat. Strain the ginger-infused water into a large pitcher using a fine sieve to remove ginger pieces.
- 5
