Preparation
Wash and Prepare Ingredients
Thoroughly wash the fresh peaches under running water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. If desired, peel the peaches for a smoother juice, but it's optional as the skin adds extra nutrients.
Peach Cutting
Cut the peaches in half, remove the pits, and chop them into smaller pieces for easier blending.
Ginger Preparation
Peel the fresh ginger root using a spoon or a vegetable peeler. Then, finely chop or grate the ginger to enhance its flavor extraction during juicing.
Juicing
Juice the Ingredients
In a cold press juicer, add the chopped peaches along with the finely chopped or grated ginger. Pour in the water to assist the juicing process.
Strain the Juice (Optional)
If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp. This step is optional and based on personal preference.
Serving
Serve the Juice
Pour the freshly juiced ginger peach mixture into glasses. You can serve it over ice or chill it in the refrigerator before serving for a refreshing experience.
Garnish (Optional)
Optional: Garnish each glass with a slice of peach or a sprig of mint for an appealing presentation.
