Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Carrots

Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt. Peel the carrots using a vegetable peeler, then chop them into small pieces for easier blending.

  2. 2

    Juice the Oranges

Cut the oranges in half and use a citrus juicer or manual juicer to extract the juice. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp, if desired.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Pineapple

Remove the skin from the pineapple and cut the fruit into small chunks, discarding the core. You can use fresh pineapple or canned pineapple in juice (not syrup).

  4. 4

    Prepare the Ginger

Peel the ginger root using a spoon or vegetable peeler and then finely grate or chop it into small pieces.

  5. 5

    Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the chopped carrots, orange juice, pineapple chunks, and grated ginger. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Pour the blended mix into glasses. Optionally, you can strain the juice again if you prefer a smoother texture. Serve immediately over ice or chilled.
