Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Skirt Steak

Rub the skirt steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Skirt Steak

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Eggs

  1. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your desired doneness (sunny side up, over easy, etc.).

Hash Browns

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Grate the potatoes and rinse them under cold water to remove excess starch. Pat them dry with a towel.

  2. 5

    Cook the Hash Browns

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent. Add the grated potatoes, salt, and black pepper, and flatten them into an even layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side until crispy, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

Toast

  1. 6

    Toast the Bread

Spread butter on both sides of the bread slices and toast them in a skillet or toaster until golden brown.
