Crust Preparation

1. Make the Crust

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with butter and the mixture resembles wet sand.

2. Form the Crust

Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Make sure to pack it tightly. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until set and lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

3. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined and creamy.

4. Whip the Cream

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

5. Add Sauces and Pecans

Drizzle in the caramel and chocolate sauces into the cream mixture. Gently fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.

6. Fill the Crust

Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Topping and Serving

7. Top the Pie

Once the pie has set, spread the whipped cream evenly over the top of the pie. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and additional chopped pecans for garnish.

8. Serve

Slice the pie into wedges and serve chilled. Drizzle with extra caramel and chocolate sauce if desired.
