Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Clean the Frog Legs

Rinse the frog legs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. This ensures that they are clean and ready for cooking.

  2. 2

    Mince the Garlic

Peel and mince the garlic cloves finely. This will help to release their flavor when sautéed.

  3. 3

    Chop the Parsley

Finely chop the fresh parsley and set it aside for garnish.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Melt the Butter

In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat until it begins to foam.

  2. 5

    Add Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

  3. 6

    Sauté Frog Legs

Add the cleaned frog legs to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.

  4. 7

    Add Lemon Juice

Once the frog legs are cooked, stir in the fresh lemon juice and cook for an additional 1 minute to combine the flavors.

  5. 8

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately while hot.
