Salmon

Method

Prepare the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat the salmon fillets with the mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once heated, place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare the Crab Mix

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, gently fold together the jumbo lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Prepare Hot Pink Mayo

  1. 4

    Mix the Mayo

In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Serve

  1. 5

    Plate the Dish

On a serving plate, place a grilled salmon fillet, top with a generous scoop of crab mix, and drizzle with hot pink mayo. Serve immediately.
