Preparation of Frog Legs

Clean the Frog Legs
Rinse the frog legs under cold water to remove any impurities. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Prepare the Coating
In a shallow bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper together. In another bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.

Coat the Frog Legs
Dip each frog leg first into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat in the flour mixture. Ensure they are evenly coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Add Garlic and Parsley
Finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Then, add the chopped fresh parsley and lemon juice.
