Prepare the Fish
Rinse the Lake Superior Whitefish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Fish
Sprinkle the salt and black pepper evenly on both sides of the fish fillets.

Cook the Fish
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Mash the Potatoes
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Use a potato masher or electric mixer to mash until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Lemon Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the stick of butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in the lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
